In short

Tax Saver gives an estimate, not advice, and not a recommendation to buy. It is a free calculator that estimates Thai personal income tax for the current tax year and shows how much room you have left under each deduction limit. It is provided as is, by one person, on a best-effort basis. Check anything important before you rely on it.

About Tax Saver

Tax Saver (the "Service") is an independent project run by bkkdev.io, an individual operator based in Thailand. You can reach us at admin@bkkdev.io. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service is free. We don't show ads and we don't sell your data. If we introduce paid features, we will update these terms and tell you before anything is charged.

Estimates only, not advice

The Service works automatically from the numbers you enter and the tax rules as we understand them for the year shown. It can be wrong or out of date, and it does not know your full situation.

• Results are estimates. They are not tax, legal, financial or investment advice.
• The Service shows the room left under each tax limit. It does not recommend that you buy anything, and it does not recommend any fund, insurance policy or other product. It is not connected to any seller of them.
• Check the rules with the Revenue Department, or ask a qualified adviser, before you file a return or invest.

Fair use

Please don't use the Service to break the law, overload it, or interfere with how it works.

No guarantees

The Service is run by one person on a best-effort basis and is provided "as is". You use it at your own risk. It may be unavailable, change, or close, and we can't promise it is always accurate.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost earnings, that follows from relying on an estimate.

We are not responsible for tax, surcharges or penalties you owe as a result of your return, which stays your responsibility.

Nothing here limits liability for our intentional or grossly negligent acts, or any liability or consumer right that the law does not allow to be limited or waived.

Not connected to the Revenue Department

Tax Saver is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to the Revenue Department of Thailand or any bank, fund manager or insurer.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand; if you live elsewhere, the mandatory consumer protection laws of your country continue to apply to you.

If the Thai and English versions differ, the Thai version prevails.
